What does it cost to join?+

Applying and being verified is free. Pricing for quoting jobs is confirmed with you during onboarding, before you receive any requests — you will never be charged for something you have not agreed to.

How long does verification take?+

We aim to review applications within two business days. Verification itself depends on how quickly you can send proof of insurance and how fast your references reply.

Do I have to quote every job I receive?+

No. Requests come with the full job detail so you can decide. Skipping jobs that are not right for you does not count against you.

Who sets the price for the work?+

You do. Fynvo never sets your rates, never takes a percentage of the job, and is not a party to the agreement between you and the customer.

Can I pause or leave?+

Yes. Tell us and we will stop sending requests. There is no lock-in period.

What happens if a customer complains?+

We will pass it on and ask for your side. Businesses whose ratings fall below our threshold, or who repeatedly cannot be reached, are removed from the network.
